Bacon Green Beans
Ingredients:
- 2 center-cut bacon slices,
- chopped 12 ounces haricots verts,
- trimmed 3 tablespoons water
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
How to Make It:
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until done. Remove bacon from pan with a slotted spoon. Add haricots verts to drippings in pan; toss to combine. Sauté 2 minutes. Add water; cover and cook 2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Sprinkle with bacon and black pepper.
